Ski Conditioning

Fall is upon us.  Football season has begun, leaf peeping in full effect, and pumpkin spice lattes are nearly sold out.  Which means one thing:

Winter sports season is just around the corner!!

Join us each week for small group workout classes geared towards developing strength, endurance, and agility specifically designed to prepare you for a winter season on the mountain.

Ski and snowboard conditioning classes will be held on Mondays @ 5:00 pm and Fridays @ 7:30 am, beginning Monday, October 9th and will continue thru March 2023.

$25 individual class or $100 for 5 class package.

Must schedule in advance due to capacity limitations.  Max 7 participants
