Group Training Classes
Committed to Delivering Results
SRC offers group training classes that are led by our staff physical therapists. Our classes are designed to be challenging and fun with an added component of promoting proper biomechanics. By limiting class size, our therapists are able to assess and critique movement for each participant allowing for mechanical adjustments or exercise modifications. Stay away from generic classes and let our experts in anatomy and movement pathology be your guide to safe and healthy exercise!
Group Classes Pricing
SRC Foundations Class
- Session cost: $180 for the 6-weeks; 2 Classes/Week
- Tuesdays 5-6pm, Thursdays 8-9am, Saturdays 7-8am
- Foundation 1 begins Tuesday, September 24th!
Ski/Snowboard Conditioning Class
- Weekly classes held Mondays from 5-6 pm and Fridays from 7:30-8:30 am
- Focus on strength/endurance/cardio to properly prepare you for the winter season
- Cost: $25 per drop in or $100/ 5-class package
Squat Form Class
- 6 week structured clinic w/weekly classes designed to teach and optimize squat form
- Squatter of every level are encouraged to sign up
- Limited to 6 spots per clinic so availability is limited
Core and Arms Class
- 6 week structured clinic w/weekly classes designed to teach and optimize core and upper body exercise form
- Squatters of every level are encouraged to sign up
- Limited to 6 spots per clinic so availability is limited
Beach-Bod Class
- Weekly class Monday evenings from 5:00-6:00 pm (April-September)
- HIIT style workouts addressing comprehensive strength/endurance/cardio
Runner Cross-training
- Weekly class Friday mornings from 7:30-8:30 am (March-October)
- Strength training class designed specifically for runners in order to limit/prevent overuse injuries
- Runners of all distances encouraged to sign up
Saturday Kettlebell Club Announcement
This summer, we are excited to offer a new kettlebell strengthening group class with our newest therapist, Austin. Kettlebells are amazing tools for improving functional strength, explosive movements, general mobility, spatial awareness, joint stability, balance, and grip strength.
